To prepare before testing, unscrew the cap of the brake fluid reservoir and detach the cap of the test pen. Dip the test probe into the brake fluid in the reservoir. To test the water content, press the power button and the green LED light will light up. Hold for 1 second, and the test result will be displayed by the LED light. After the test is completed, the test pen will automatically turn off after 12 seconds.

The green LED light indicates that the water content of the brake fluid is low and the brake fluid is qualified. The yellow LED light indicates that the brake fluid has an average water content and can continue to be used, but it needs to be tested again after 6 months. The red LED light indicates that the brake fluid is qualified. The water content of the fluid is high, and the brake fluid cannot be used anymore and needs to be replaced in time.

Please do not expose brake fluid to the air for a long time, because brake fluid has strong water absorption. If the green LED light does not light up after pressing the power button for a long time, the cable needs to be replaced. Please wash the test probe with clean water after each use to ensure more accurate measurement next time.
